ITS HISTORY

Ibros is located in Andalucia, Spain, in the region of the "Loma de Ubeda", included in the Grand Valley of the Guadalquivir, the largest natural park in Europe, "Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas", where you get the best WORLD oil. Located between Baeza and Ubeda, World Heritage cities, Ibros is completely surrounded by olive trees, where the main activity of the municipality is the production of olive oil. Its history goes back to the arrival to the Peninsula of the Iberian people, and from there comes its name.

It has also been found numerous archaeological sites in this area that remains show intense activity in Roman times and we know that even then, the oil that was obtained from these lands, was highly valued in Rome.
